LOVE HORROR EVENTS NO-REFUND POLICY
Established 2007. All sales are FINAL & non-refundable. No exceptions. With purchase and receipt of tickets you agree to this policy. If an event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for the next event date. If the event is canceled with no rescheduled date, purchases will be refunded minus the processing fee. Notification of cancellation will come by email and social media announcements. Email lovehorrorevents@gmail.com for further assistance.
ANTI RESALE NO TRANSFER TICKET POLICY
No Resale
Tickets are sold only for personal use by the original purchaser. Resale of tickets for profit, on any third party marketplace or resale site (including StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, or similar platforms), is prohibited.

No Transfers
Tickets are non transferable. Ticket transfers, ticket forwarding, name changes, and reassignment of tickets are not permitted unless explicitly approved by the event organizer in writing.

Eventbrite Specific Notes
If Eventbrite transfer or name change tools are enabled for an event, using those tools does not automatically make resale permitted. Resale and third party listings remain prohibited. We may still void tickets that appear to be obtained or distributed for resale.

Unauthorized Listings
Any ticket that is listed for sale, resold, auctioned, traded, or used for promotional purposes without written permission may be cancelled without refund. Listings on third party sites do not guarantee admission.

Entry Requirements
The original purchaser must be present at entry and may be required to show a valid government issued photo ID that matches the purchase name, along with the order confirmation. If the purchaser is not present, entry may be denied.

Cancelled Tickets
If we identify tickets obtained for resale, tickets purchased in violation of posted limits, tickets linked to bots or suspicious activity, or tickets listed on resale marketplaces, we reserve the right to void those tickets, refuse entry, and ban the buyer from future events.

Refunds and Exceptions
Refunds are not provided for tickets cancelled due to violation of this policy. Limited exceptions may be granted for emergencies at the sole discretion of the organizer. If an exception is granted, it must be arranged in advance through the official event contact method and confirmed in writing.

Official Sales Channels
To protect fans, tickets should be purchased only through our official ticket links and approved ticketing partners listed on our website and event pages. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from any other source.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that violation may result in cancellation and denial of entry.
